Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden

Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden lives up to its reputation as the most beautiful garden in Africa and one of the great botanic gardens of the world. Kirstenbosch is located along eastern slopes of Cape Town’s Table Mountain. The Garden merges seamlessly with the natural landscape of the mountain. There is an entry fee of R55 (about 4 dollars), but it is completely worth the cost. Once inside, there are plenty of trails to choose from. We would recommend the Yellowwood or Stinkwood trails.
