Santa Eulalia Waterfront and Town

Wikipedia

Santa Eulalia is a pretty village located 16 km northeast of Ibiza. There’s some pleasant running here, mostly along a ~2 km waterfront promenade along the beach and around the port. It’s nice to combine this with some of the pedestrian-oriented streets in the village of Santa Eulalia.

The promenade starts just across the Santa Eulalia River, at Mariners Beach Bar. Run north along the red brick promenade, along Santa Eulalia beach. At the 1 km mark, the promenade runs along the Port (Passeig del Port), where there are opportunities to run down some of the marina piers to enjoy views of the water and numerous boats. The path ends at the Hotel Catalonia Ses Estaques.

Add-On: Town. It’s pleasant to combine the waterfront with a little jogging tour of Santa Eulalia. A good place to do this is the green Passeig de s’Alamera, which comes right off the promenade path (0.7 km mark). Run down this tree-lined corridor to the grand City Hall building, and then enjoy some of the streets coming off the Passeig, several of which are car-free zones. One could do a couple of km here.
