A few Brittany running notes: Tides are significant and affect some of the routes; summer days are deliciously long, so enjoy evening runs!; there are lovely, quiet interior farm roads for running; and the ‘Bike Velo’ signs are a helpful way to find quiet, low-trafficked roads.
