Trémazan to Penfoul Coastal Path

Google Street View

The trail between Trémazan and Penfoul is one of the best sections for coastal path running in Brittany. A continuous gravel path, relatively flat and with good footing, runs above the cliffs alongside the D127 road in the Landunvez area of Finistère. There are great views of the crashing waves below. A great option at sunset, since it’s western-facing! Note that this is more of a trail run.

One can start at the car park at Trémazan and head south. There are other car parks along the D127 that can be other departure points. Overall, the path is 4.7 km one-way. The southern end of the path is at Penfoul Beach.
