Ballincollig Regional Park is another nice running spot in the area of the the city of Cork. Located 10 km west of the city, this park features a nice combination of paths through fields, woodland, and a section along the River Lee. A full loop of the trails is 7.5 km, with some options to add.

Start at the Ballincollig Regional Park car park, head east for 3.7 km along the trail closest to the River Lee. There are some water views. Then, retrace your steps or use some of the other trails to make a loop.

Ballincollig Regional Park is also the location of a weekly parkrun.
