Salt Lake City

Draper/Sandy – Corner Canyon

The Draper/Sandy area is about 20 miles south of Salt Lake City. It’s a popular area for people to live, and business travelers might end up there, too. There’s a cluster of hotels off I-15, just south of the Rio Tinto soccer stadium.

Draper has 90+ of interconnected trails, for running, hiking, and cycling. Corner Canyon has 1,100 acres of trails, of various length and challenge. Some of the easier trails for running are near the Andy Ballard Arena parking lot and mountain bike park. The Aqueduct Trail is a wide dirt road. Below is a link to a trail map. The canyon trails connect to the Bonneville Shore trail system.
