Laleh Park is a fairly small green space in District 6 of Tehran, but there are several worthwhile features that make it a great running route. Take a rest at the landscaped fountain surrounded by benches, or take your workout to the next level at the row of stationary strength training equipment tucked within a dense forest. A loop around the main part of the park is only about 2 km, but runners can extend the route by continuing on the median walkway of Keshavarz Boulevard. which pleasantly tree-lined. Combine the park and boulevard for a nice 5 km run.
