North Delhi: Bonta Park

Google

Located north of Old Delhi and the Kashmiri Gate, Bonta Park (also known as the Kamla Nehru Ridge) is a pleasant, long stretch of green space. Here, runners can accumulate nearly 8 km of distance over both stone-paved and dirt trails. Highlights along the way include the Mutiny Memorial spire and the Flagstaff Tower. While there are multiple points to access the park’s trails, the best way to maximize distance is to start in the south at the Dr. Kamwal Road and head north past the medical college to Chauburja Marg. From Chauburja Marg, runners will encounter a series of dirt paths which loop around the north end of the park. Follow them clockwise or counter clockwise then return for a “lollipop” shaped route.
