Nehru Park

Google

Nehru Park, centrally located in the Ramnagar neighborhood near the Diplomatic Enclave of foreign embassies, is one of the most popular spots in New Delhi for running groups and meetups. It’s not a particularly large park, but the smooth dirt and concrete trails, beautiful gardens, and lush rows of trees are all draws for the many joggers who utilize this green space. A loop around the jogging track is about 2.4 km, so most runners will want to fit in multiple laps. No matter, the scenery is pleasant and it’s a great place to connect with fellow runners.

Longer Run/Sightseeing: Take the Ashoka Police Line Path (just east of the park) north towards the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library/National Police Memorial. You can also round out your workout with the park’s strength training equipment or a group yoga class.

Essentials
