Delhi, India

Noida Area

Noida is a planned city southeast of New Delhi. Some of the best places to run in Noida:

Noida Stadium: Cricket is the sport of choice in India, but runners will be delighted to find a great jogging track encircling the Noida Cricket Stadium. The gravel perimeter path is about 1.3 km around, though the sporty atmosphere of this sports complex may entice you to run much longer! There are some decent sidewalks surrounding the complex, and runners can add distance with routes around the squash, badminton, and tennis courts, as well as the football fields. Check out the Noida Running Group or other local clubs for some camaraderie while you run. Noida Stadium is located in the Noida section of Delhi, Sector 21A. ROUTE MAP.

Okhla Bird Sanctuary/Gautam Buddha Park: Another favorite option for running in the Noida Area is the Okhla Bird Sanctuary along the Yamuna River. As its name implies, the sanctuary is a great natural space for birdwatching, but runners are also drawn to the many kilometers of trails here. The trails connect to Gautam Buddha Park, a beautiful stretch of monuments and temples where runners can continue along the stone paved paths. Out and back options range are ~5 km (3.3 miles).
