The signature running spot in Guadalajara. The 'green lungs' of the city features many km of mainly wooded trails. The park features fountains, gardens, a pond, and a running track. There are three 5 km tracks and two 3 km tracks for running.
The Malecón is the signature running spot in Puerto Vallarta. The 2.5 km paved, palm-lined seafront promenade along Playa Los Muertos features great views of the Bahía de Banderas and the Pacific. A treat at sunset! Add with the Isla Cuale loop & Gringo Gulch Bridge!
Some lovely waterfront running in Ciudad del Carmen. The main Malecón is 5 km, with great water views. Other good options are the ~2 km 'Centro' promenade to Zacatal Bridge, and a 4.5 km path along a canal.

A short, but pleasant promenade winds around the scenic harbor of Cabo San Lucas. The Boulevard Paseo de La Marina is a nice nearby addition, and a good way to see the main part of the city.
The best and longest beaches for running in Cabo San Lucas include Playa El Medano, Playa Grande/Solmar, and Playa El Faro. The sand can be soft, but the views are second to none.
San Jose del Cabo is 30 km north of Cabo San Lucas. The best places to run in San Jose del Cabo include a marina loop, paths along an estuary, two long beaches, and a hilly run up the Camino del Cañón.
Enjoy a 5 km loop on a flat dirt path at the Bosque El Tequio, a sprawling forest "sports" park with over 7,500 arboreal species over its 65 hectares. Keep an eye out for running events held here.

The best bet for a long beach run in Jamaica. Though the sand is soft and sugary, many runners use the Seven Mile Beach to log distance. An alternative is the walking/cyling lane along Norman Manley Boulevard.

Locals will tell you the Malecón is pretty much the only running option in Havana, and it is by far your best choice. This cement walkway stretches for 8 km along the seawall from Old Havana in the east to the ritzy Miramar neighborhood in the west.

This is a 10k mile tour of some of Mexico City's most important and historic sites, starting from the Zócalo metro station. NOTE that on Sundays, Reforma Avenue is closed to traffic until mid-day — a special bonus for runners!
